Central Johannesburg College was established in 2001 and is situated in the provincial capital of Gauteng.
The multi-campus college consists of seven sites: Parktown, Alexandra, Ellis Park, Crown Mines, Riverlea, Langlaagte and Troyville.
Central Johannesburg College offers a variety of course options ranging from NQF Level 2 to NQF Level 4 and from National Technical Education (Nated) programmes to National Certificate Vocational (NCV) courses.
The 56 full-time study options are grouped within four schools of specialisation: engineering technology, business development, information communications technology, and health and human services.
The seven campuses possess numerous modern facilities. Crown Mines Campus boasts a state-of-the-art music studio, while Riverlea Campus is home to impressive soccer fields that are the host training grounds for Kaizer Chiefs Football Club’s under-17 squad.
The Central Johannesburg College also features a Centre for Employment and Entrepreneurship Development, aimed at supporting students through their academic career and beyond.
